I believe coaching is a gateway to a great future and amazing ministry.

I am a full elder of The United Methodist Church in the Indiana Conference with 20+ years ministry experience and I look forward to helping you discover your gifts and graces for ministry and how they intersect with who you are as you seek to minister in your context.

I am a trained Coach pursuing ACC certification with the International Coaching Federation and trained to facilitate Phil Maynard's "Creating a Discipleship Pathway" for local churches.  

I offer individual and small group coaching for individuals and local churches.
